Request a faculty member to serve as a reference for your participation in a study abroad program. Note the faculty member’s name and email address, as this information is required for this application.

Check Passport

Review the process for obtaining or renewing a passport valid through December 2026. Students do not need a passport to complete this application; however, students without a passport will not be able to enroll in the study abroad program. Passport processing times can take up to eight weeks.

Motivational Statement

Think about why you want to study abroad and how it will impact your education and/or career. You will be required to write a brief statement (400 words or less) for this application.

Eligibility Requirements

At least 18 years old at the time of departure (June 2, 2026)
Hold a passport valid through December 2026
In Academic Good Standing
Able to pass disciplinary/conduct history screening
Able to receive a recommendation from a faculty member
